Course Objectives The aim of this course is to provide knowledge on properties of liquids and gases, concepts of solutions, primary features of electrochemistry, theoretical information of chemical kinetics and chromatographic methods.
Learning Outcomes The students who succeeded in this course;
  • will be able to explain Boyle, Charles and Gay-Lussac laws.
  • will be able to calculate molar volume of gases and molar mass of volatile liquids.
  • will be able to prepare solutions from solids and liquids.
  • will be able to interpret temperature effect on reaction rate.
  • will be able to have knowledge on chromatographic methods.
Course Description Gases and liquids, solutions, electrochemistry, chemical kinetics, chromatographic methods.
